Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship via USPS ground within the United States, but we are working on an international solution.

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email right away. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder and indicate to your email provider that we are not spam, so that you continue to receive shipping updates. 

Orders are packed on Tuesdays/Wednesdays.  Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and can expect delivery within 5–8 business days. 

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued for the product price when the item arrives back at our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like the item reshipped, new shipping costs will apply.
