Refund policy
I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or is the incorrect item(s), please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I will make it up to you with a replacement or full refund. I also encourage customers to explore sample sets before purchasing a full bottle.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued for the product price when the item arrives back at our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like the item reshipped, new shipping costs will apply.
